There are some rumors that Madonna will be a face of Dolce & Gabbana‘s ad campaign for a second season Fall/Winter 2010/2011.

The first ad was the Spring/Summer 2010 Dolce & Gabbana ad campaign.

Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce, the brand leaders, are in Manhattan at present and making the movie for their Fall/Winter 2010 menswear commercial at Mulberry Street Bar in NoLita.

And it seems that the Madonna has been spotted nearby.

But there is no official announcement from the designers regarding the women RTW collection.

It’s expected that Madonna’s favourite photographer Steven Klein will be shooting in the very same neighborhood in the coming week.

Madonna has already fronted one profitable ad campaign for her friends Dolce and Gabbana, in processingshe also designed a line of sunglasses for the Italian brand for Spring-Summer 2010.

We are waiting for an official word from Stefano Gabbana on the Twitter. Their first collaboration was announced via the social media site back in November, and has already tweeted photos from the NY menswear shoot.

Dolce & Gabbana’s Coffee-Table Book

Dolce & Gabbana recently released a stunning new coffee-table book called Diamonds and Pearls devoted to just that — diamonds and pearls.

The designers selected clothing and accessories from their archives bedazzled with all manner of sequins, gemstones, and pearls to photograph on very lifelike mannequins. The giant book probably weighs about twelve pounds, but the photographs are so gorgeous we lugged it to the scanner with our noodle arms to bring you a taste of it in the slideshow.

Just because it’s a 50th anniversary party doesn’t mean the invitation said,

The dress is too sparkly, too baggy, and has too much going on. If J-lo would have toned this outfit down a bit and had it tailored so that it fit her body, we could have had a winner on our hands.

Instead, this shiny catastrophe looks like something a partially blind grandmother would wear to a cheap cruise ballroom.
