Nicole Richie is sporting tight teenage shorts in the hot sun seasons. Love the summer scarf, without it this outfit would have looked a little raunchy, but she styled it up with bright stripped scarf. This is actually a great relaxed casual and cool look. Take note wearing short shorts are not for everyone. Nicole just happen to have the body for it, where it does not look too slutty.
